Refunds and replacements will only be issued for items that have been either lost or damaged due to shipping. If an account is cancelled after its renewal period or after an order is placed, you will receive the remaining Boxes that are owed from the rental and no refund will be issued per our Cancellation Policy.

Orders outside of FL may inquire additional shipping charges based on USPS ground shipping rates. This is only when shipping is outside of the fixed amount and customers will be notified when this may be necessary.

You can cancel the auto-renewal at anytime. For more info on how to cancel your account please see our FAQ section. If you cancel your subscription ON or after your renewal date you will still be receiving the remaining Boxes that are owned to you from that renewal. The account will not renew once it has been cancelled.
